At LoricAI, privacy isn't a policy—it's our architecture.
Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot read, access, or process your unencrypted data. This includes your documents, messages, files, and any content you upload to LoriChat.
We collect minimal operational data: email address for account management, usage metrics (not content), and payment information for billing.
We use Stripe for payments. No third party has access to your encrypted content.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Since we cannot access your content, there's nothing to erase from our perspective.
